Mark Huggenberger - Operations Manager Mark Huggenberger joined Terra Express in July of 2008 as the Operations Manager. He brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in the truck load and small package delivery industries, having worked with FedEx, Velocity Express and Werner Enterprises in various markets throughout the U.S. Mark has the unique perspective of having worked in the transportation industry as a driver, an owner operator, Dispatcher, Service Manager, Dedicated Truckload Manager and Terminal Manager. As Operations Manager for Terra Express he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of Terra Express. This includes supervising all dispatch functions, recruiting and managing company drivers and leased operators and managing expenditures associated with all truck and trailer maintenance. |

Doug Boddy -Manager, Compliance Administration Doug joined Terra Express in 1992 as northern division dispatcher. Doug remained in this position until 1996, when his responsibilities were expanded to include northern division operations in addition to dispatch. In May 2001, he was promoted to Terra Express' manager, compliance administration. In this capacity, he is responsible for all driver training and orientation, D.O.T. compliance, state and federal regulatory compliance and all safety training and implementation. In his years with the company, Doug has seen many changes, and gained the perspective of a veteran. |

Eric Newburn - Bulk Division Dispatcher Eric joined Terra Express in December 2008. His prior job experience includes having worked for Gateway Inc. as a freight claims analyst, responsible for processing products that were damaged or lost by various freight carriers. Afterward, Eric held the position of Fleet Manager with K&B Transportation in South Sioux City, Nebraska. At Terra Express, Eric is a Bulk Division Dispatcher for the Woodward, Oklahoma fleet, coordinating company drivers and leased owner operators. |

Kim Meier - Bulk Division Dispatcher Kim is the newest addition to the Terra Express team, having joined in December 2009. He brings with him over six years of trucking transportation experience and is extremely knowledgeable in U.S. DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration rules, regulations and requirements. Previously, Kim held a variety of positions with Hirschbach Motor Lines, including Driver Manager, Driver Services Manager and Safety Supervisor. His responsibilities included ensuring driver and company compliance for all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations governing truck operation. |

Phoebe VanCleave - Accounting Administration Supervisor Phoebe joined Terra Express in 1993 as an accounting administrator. In this position, she was responsible for screening phone calls in the dispatch area, in addition to coordinating payroll expenses for van drivers and performing other accounting tasks. In August of 2002, Phoebe was promoted to accounting administration supervisor. She is responsible for all the accounting functions of daily operations, working with customers and drivers and generally meeting department needs. |
